Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TgAds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Publisher Guidelines
By registering as a publisher, you agree to the following:
- Bots must not generate fake, bot, or automated traffic (click fraud). We monitor for anomalies and ban offenders permanently.
- Bots must not contain illegal content, hate speech, malware, or malicious scripts. We manually review all listings.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any publisher account without prior notice if fraud or policy violations are detected.
- Publishers must maintain accurate DAU metrics. Inflated or manipulated numbers result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
3. Advertiser Guidelines
By creating campaigns as an advertiser, you agree to the following:
- Ads must not promote scams, phishing, malware, illegal products, or services violating Telegram's Terms of Service.
- All creative must be accurate and not misleading. Landing pages must match the ad content.
- Refunds are available only for unspent budget upon account closure. Spent budget is non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to reject any ad creative for any reason, including quality or policy concerns.
4. Payments & Payouts
Publishers earn a revenue share of the ad spend generated by their bots. The current split is 90% to the publisher, 10% platform fee. This may be adjusted with 30 days notice.
- Payouts are processed weekly upon request, subject to a $10.00 minimum withdrawal threshold.
- We are not responsible for lost funds due to incorrect wallet addresses or bank details provided by the user.
- All transactions are final once processed. Chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension.
5. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
- Unspent advertiser balance is refunded within 14 business days.
- Publisher earnings from fraudulent traffic are forfeited. Legitimate earnings are paid out per the standard schedule.
6. Limitation of Liability
TgAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TgAds operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
