1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TgAds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Publisher Guidelines

• Bots must not generate fake or automated traffic (click fraud).
• Bots must not contain illegal, hate speech, or malicious content.
• We reserve the right to ban any bot or publisher account without prior notice if fraud is detected.

3. Advertiser Guidelines

• Ads must not promote scams, malware, or illegal products.
• Ads must be relevant and accurately represented by their creative.
• Refunds are only available for unspent budget upon account closure.

4. Payments & Payouts

Publishers earn a revenue share (currently 70%) of the ad spend generated by their bots. Payouts are processed upon request, subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold ($10.00). We are not responsible for lost funds due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.

5. Limitation of Liability

TgAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
